Logic Design Inc. grants you a nonexclusive license to use the CircuitLogix Student Version, subject to the terms and restriction of this license agreement. You are receiving a copy of the CircuitLogix Student Version. Logic Design Inc. retains title to CircuitLogix and is the sole copyright owner.

CircuitLogix is a simulation program that, in most cases, produces results very similar to real electrical and electronic circuits. It is however only a simulation program and is not expected to provide precisely the same results as an actual circuit in every possible situation. While Logic Design Inc. has tried to provide the best possible simulation product on the market, with the largest range and variety of features, we acknowledge that it cannot provide complete accuracy in every application.
Logic Design Inc. reserves the right to revise the program from time to time without obligation to notify any persons or organization of such changes or revisions. Logic Design Inc. makes no representations or warranties with respect to the program "CircuitLogix", either expressed or implied, including implied warranty of merchantability or implied fitness for a particular purpose. No liability of any form shall be assumed by Logic Design Inc., or its representatives, nor shall direct, consequential, or other damages be assumed by Logic Design Inc.
